ASTANA — European Council President António Costa will visit Kazakhstan on Dec. 4 to mark the 10th anniversary of the Enhanced Partnership and Cooperation Agreement (EPCA).
On Dec. 4, he is scheduled to meet with Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
Last week, Tokayev met with the EU Special Representative for Central Asia Eduards Stiprais, reaffirming Kazakhstan’s commitment to strengthening its multifaceted cooperation with the EU.
