Kazakhstan Parliament to Hold Joint Session on March 27

ALMATY – A joint session of the chambers of Kazakhstan’s Parliament will be held on March 27 at 10 a.m. in Astana, according to an order signed by Mazhilis Speaker Yerlan Koshanov.

Today, during a joint session, lawmakers approved in the first reading a draft constitutional law on the special status of the city of Alatau, with Deputy Prime Minister Kanat Bozumbayev outlining the key provisions.
