ALMATY – President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev held a meeting with Kazakh IT entrepreneurs Erzat Dulat, technical director of the startup Higgsfield AI, and Murat Abdrakhmanov, founder of the venture platform MA7 Ventures, on Jan. 28.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the introduction of artificial intelligence in the economy, public administration, and the social sphere, as well as the development of IT entrepreneurship, the venture ecosystem, and the AI industry in Kazakhstan.
Tokayev highly praised Higgsfield AI’s success and emphasized the importance of companies emerging in Kazakhstan that are becoming global champions in artificial intelligence.
President Tokayev noted that the main task is to make Kazakhstan a platform where IT companies can be launched quickly, scale efficiently, and enter global markets.
Dulat shared that nearly 95% of the Higgsfield AI team consists of Kazakh specialists, demonstrating the strong potential of the country’s youth. He also confirmed his readiness to act as a partner of the state in training personnel for the AI industry and implementing joint educational initiatives.
According to Abdrakhmanov, the venture industry today serves as an important instrument of technological development for countries. In this context, Kazakhstan has the opportunity to become a full-fledged participant in the global venture capital industry.
