The organisers of the KIOGE 2013 oil and gas exhibition have made every effort this year to make visiting the exhibition, on October 1-4, as convenient and interesting as possible. Now, the exhibitors and participants of KIOGE 2013 can use the latest technology when planning their route at the exhibition, arranging meetings, and carrying out other tasks during their visit.
With the help of mobile applications based on IOS and Android, each visitor can search KIOGE 2013 in AppStore and PlayMarket to download a free interactive floorplan with descriptions of exhibitors and their stand numbers, as well as the exhibitor list and seminar programme.
16 touch-screen kiosks will be available across the exhibition, which will also show floorplans of all pavilions and exhibitor descriptions.
A new feature at the event is the possibility to schedule meetings at the exhibition in advance. Visitors can use their personal account on the exhibition website to make an appointment with exhibiting companies they are interested in. All that is necessary is to go through a simple registration process, send a meeting request and wait for confirmation.
Exhibitors and visitors can attend a varied seminar programme, which will be held in the centre of Pavilion 11. The new format helps to attract as large an audience and as many company presentations as possible. Videos will be broadcast from a big screen to ensure maximum visibility for spectators. Each presentation will last a maximum of 30 minutes, and companies can book several presentations on one day or one presentation for each day of the exhibition. The seminar programme currently includes 15 presentations, but applications are still being accepted. The programme is regularly updated on the exhibition website.
Pavilion 11 will also have a comfortable seating area with a coffee bar and sofas, and the media zone will be located right next to it. Exhibitors and visitors can use this space to take a break from their busy schedules and prepare for important negotiations.
KIOGE 2013 will take place October 1-4, 2013 in Almaty. The exhibition is officially supported by the Ministry of Oil and Gas of the Republic of Kazakhstan, KazMunayGas, the Association of Service Companies of Kazakhstan (KazService) and diplomatic missions of participating countries.
The event is organised by the Kazakhstani exhibition company Iteca, along with its international partners: ITE Group plc, GiMA (Germany), ITE China (China), ITE Moscow (Russia) and EUF (Turkey).
