Eleven-Millionth Ethnic Kazakh Born, Population Pushes 17 Million
SOUTH KAZAKHSTAN – Eleven-millionth Kazakh, Mukhtar Abdrakhim, was born in December in Ushbulak village in southern Kazakhstan. Abdrakhim was chosen among all the children born on Dec. 28, 2012.
