ASTANA – President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev plans to deliver his annual state-of-the-nation address on Oct. 28 in the first half of the day.
Tokayev announced the plans in a post on his X account on Oct. 20, saying he was working on the text of the address.
“I plan to deliver my annual state-of-the-nation address on Oct. 28 in the first half of the day. I am working on the text of this important document,” Tokayev wrote.
