Kazakh PM visits high-tech house-building factory

Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Bakytzhan Sagintayev visited the Ui Kurylysy Kombinaty house-building plant in the Aktobe region March 30. The company uses technologies for the rapid construction of residential buildings.Technology of rapid construction of houses was demonstrated

During the visit, the prime minister inspected the production lines and reviewed a report on the technological process of creating panels and structures for house building. Also, Sagintayev witnessed a miniature model of an individual apartment house built according to the company’s technology.

Such enterprises are of great importance for the implementation of the new national housing construction programme Nurly Zher. The plant produces floor slabs, wall panels, underground, staircases according to the special technology of large-panel construction, and the products are fully finished.

This year, with the help of the plant, management is planning to build a number of low-rise credit houses in the Nur Aktobe residential complex, which the prime minister had already visited. Currently, the plant is working on the production of products for the construction of these houses.

The management is planning to build 500 low-rise apartment buildings this year, under the Nurly Zher programme, which will provide housing for at least 700 families.
